We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team.
This role involves stock management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities.
- Monday - Friday
- 7am-11am starts
- 8-12 hour shifts
Duties
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including checking in deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload goods from lorries, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
- Engage in picking and packing operations to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate stock records.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
