FT Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are well-presented and safe for all occupants.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
What we require:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
