The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing candidates and supporting the workforce throughout their journey with the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinating candidate onboarding and documentation
Processing weekly payroll and ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time
Managing candidate holidays, absences and availability
Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
Communicating regularly with candidates to provide updates and support
Working closely with the wider recruitment and operations teams
Helping to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently
Resolving candidate queries and handling any issues professionally
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with people.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience within recruitment or logistics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and administration skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and candidate information
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage your own workload
A genuine interest in building a career within recruitment and logistics
