Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks with care and precision. Responsibilities

Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory, shipments, and receipts accurately.
Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Conduct physical handling of goods, including heavy lifting, with proper technique to prevent injury.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
Drive company vehicles safely for local deliveries, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Proven experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
Prior experience in materials handling, shipping & receiving, or logistics operations.
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is advantageous.
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is preferred; certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to load & unload goods efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management.
Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and data entry tasks.
Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or moving within a warehouse environment.
