FT Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our client based in Wolverhampton on a Permanent Basis.

Our client are one of the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget.

Sales Manager Job Benefits:

• £35,000 per annum
• 42.5 Hour Contract working 5 Days a Week – Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday10am-4pm
• 28 Days Holiday
• Uncapped Commission Earnings – OTE can be up to £70k
• Company Car

Sales Manager Job Details:

• 5 years selling experience in a used car supermarket
• Ability to second face and close
• Able to deliver a great customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and coach
• Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
• FCA Accredited (after training)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A presentable and professional outlook
