FT Recruitment are recruiting for an office admin to join our steel manufacturing company based in Tamworth:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming
