Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic + commission

FT Professional is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established and rapidly expanding estate agency business based in Tamworth (covering other offices). With a growing portfolio of circa 500 residential properties across five branches, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its people and future growth.

This role is ideal for a motivated Lettings Negotiator looking to develop their career within a supportive, fast-paced, and expanding environment.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will support the lettings function across multiple branches, playing a key role in securing new tenancies, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
• Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout the lettings process
• Support marketing of available properties
• Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Update property and applicant records on internal systems
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales role
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work across multiple branches when required
• Full UK driving licence preferred
