Onsite Consultant Coordinator
Job Description
FT Recruitment are an agency based on Market Street, Ashby de la Zouch (LE65), we are looking for an Onsite Consultant to join our team and work with our Recruitment Consultants to help coordinate tasks and ensure smooth running for one of our biggest industrial clients.
Clean driving license needed – You will be required to regularly drive between Ashby and Hinckley (LE10).
Our client’s warehouse is located in Hinckley (LE10), where you will be regularly commuting to and from. You will be mainly situated onsite in the warehouse, and also in ourAshby office.
Shift details:
Monday to Friday
Work flexible hours – 3pm to 9pm
or Weekends working Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm
Your duties will include:
Organising & handing out uniform to temp workers
Complete uniform inventory tasks to ensure stock levels are maintained
Help coordinate inductions for new workers & attend inductions to check in staff
Meet & greet new and old workers
Help coordinate the free transport provided to workers
Communicate with bus company to schedule bus times and pick up locations
Ensure workers get on the transport provided
Organising holidays for temp workers
Some resourcing for new candidates
Provide help to temp workers when needed
You will be:
Confident speaking to new people
Excellent English
Good organisational skills
Have a full clean driving license
Team player
Able to work individually and part of a team
