Job Description
FT Recruitment are currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver for one of our well-established clients based in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver seeking consistent, full-time work with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries and collections
- Multi-drop deliveries in and around Eastleigh and surrounding areas
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring all paperwork and delivery records are completed accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at all delivery points
- Complying with all tachograph, driver hours and road safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid UK C1 (7.5T) driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
- Previous 7.5 tonne driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Eastleigh and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
