£55,000 – £60,000 + Package + Travel Expenses

About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong Air Conditioning background to manage installation projects across the UK and Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone who has come through the tools and understands air conditioning systems, site delivery, engineers, and project commercials.

You will take full responsibility for projects from pre-start through to commissioning and handover, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Air Conditioning installation projects across commercial sites
  • Deliver installs including Split Systems, Multi-Split, VRF/VRV, Ducted Systems, AHUs and Chillers
  • Plan and coordinate AC engineers, subcontractors and labour
  • Attend site meetings, pre-starts and client progress meetings
  • Procure air conditioning equipment, materials and plant
  • Produce and manage RAMS and Health & Safety documentation
  • Ensure F-Gas compliance and correct commissioning procedures
  • Manage project budgets, variations and programme timelines
  • Produce O&M manuals and handover documentation
  • Carry out site surveys and support pricing and tenders
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams

Requirements (Essential)

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Air Conditioning Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Air Conditioning systems including VRF/VRV, Splits, Ducted systems and Chillers
  • Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors
  • Understanding of F-Gas regulations and commissioning processes
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs and variations
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

  • Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or Installer
  • F-Gas Qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • ONC or HNC in Building Services or HVAC
  • Knowledge of Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba or Panasonic systems
