Job Description

FT Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join our clients thriving team on a busy production site based in Measham on a temporary to permanent basis..

The hours of this role are :

Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm

Duties:

  • Data Entry
  • Corresponding with customers via email and telephone
  • Involvement in projects relating to the software upgrade alongside the IT team
  • Creating delivery notes & uploading to the system for transport.
  • Assisting the sales team
  • Liaising with the warehouse team
  • Providing support during illness/holidays which may involve communicating with sites via telephone/email
  • Any other associated duties as required

Skills:

  • IT competence (Excel/Outlook a must)
  • Good communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management/adaptability (to be able to prioritise workload)
  • Attention to detail.
