Job Duties:
- Scheduling of service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and coordinating with customers or clients to set up suitable service times.
- Customer communication: Ensure open line communication with customers, both before and after appointments. This includes confirming appointments, providing quotes, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record keeping and documentation: To maintain detailed records of requests, appointments, and customer information.
- Parts and inventory management: To ensure that the necessary items are available when needed prior to departing to task.
- Workforce management: Be responsible for scheduling and managing the staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Quality control: Ensuring that the services provided meet quality standards and addressing any issues or complaints from customers.
- Continuous improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures within the field.
- Versatility: Be able to assist with other areas in the Department as and when required.
- Ad hoc functions.
Requirements:
- Customer Focused.
- Good communication and Planning skills
- Computer literate. SAP experience will be advantageous.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience. EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT etc.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to interact with team members. Must be a team player.
- Technical experience will be an added advantage.
